1. Overview

This website and the related store, content, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) are operated by BAAM Wealth Inc. doing business as Fuool.com (“Fuool,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Fuool is an online supplements marketplace powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services and any purchase you make through them.

By visiting the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services or place an order. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information and for protecting your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

3. Marketplace and product information

Fuool is a retailer and marketplace. Products may be manufactured, supplied, stored, or fulfilled by independent third parties. Product descriptions, ingredient information, labels, images, certifications, directions, warnings, and availability may be based in part on information provided by manufacturers or suppliers. Always review the physical label and packaging you receive before use. If online information differs from the physical label, stop and contact us before using the product.

Testing, country-of-manufacture, certification, and practitioner-review claims are product-specific. They will be displayed only when supported by the product or supplier information available to us. Do not assume that a claim shown for one product applies to every item in the marketplace.

4. Health and regulatory disclaimer

Dietary supplements are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) before they are marketed. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Services provide general educational and product information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, take medication, are preparing for surgery, or have allergies. Follow the label and do not exceed the suggested use. Stop use and seek appropriate medical care if you experience an adverse reaction. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

5. Orders, availability, and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, product unavailability, quantity limits, regulatory restrictions, or inability to verify information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities per person, household, account, payment method, address, or order. Products are for personal use unless we approve otherwise in writing.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice. We try to display information accurately, but we may correct errors before fulfillment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including applicable tax and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be changed or withdrawn as permitted by law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary due to address verification, inventory, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Title and risk of loss transfer only as provided by applicable law. Contact us promptly about a package reported delivered but not received or an item damaged in transit.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, credits, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing. Nothing in that policy limits non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit false reviews or claims; or use the Services to distribute spam. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or others.

10. Intellectual property and user content

The Services and their original text, graphics, branding, layout, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to BAAM Wealth Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, does not violate law or another person’s rights, and does not contain confidential or misleading information. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content in connection with the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services and links

The Services may include tools, payments, fulfillment, content, or links provided by Shopify and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or practices, and a link does not by itself imply endorsement.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access or that every description, image, or third-party statement will always be complete or current. Product warranties, if any, are provided as stated by the applicable manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAAM Wealth Inc., Fuool, and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes, severability, and waiver

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date, and any additional notice required by law will be provided. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
